I recent had an interview to write copy for a website…
Client: So you’re a writer then?
Me: I am indeed
Client: And you will write original text for my site?
Me: Of course
Client: Good. The last guy seemed on the level, but then I read on his resume that he was a copywriter, and I don’t want anything on my site that has been copied.
Me: Please send us a high-resolution file of your logo in either an eps. ai. or psd format.
Client: Sure thing!
The client sent a scan from a torn off patch of a worker’s greasy uniform. As a .pdf.
